I buy and wash clothes at home THEN try them on. If they dont fit I return them. WHen I eat out I used hand wipes for everything. Downside is you can wipe off salads, but hey I take my vitamins so I skip those and go for the over cooked and 'safer' foods. She lived into her 90s.
