I’m 35 weeks pregnant and as we’re entering the flu season I am getting a lot of pressure to get the H1N1 vaccination. I miscarried in Dec. of 2009. I was 11 weeks along and had just gotten the H1N1 vaccination 2 weeks earlier. I can’t help but wonder if that decision led to the loss of our baby. I thought I’d research it more this time, so thank you for sharing your stories… I think I’ll take my chances with the flu.

I would agree and think it just is too risky to have any vaccines during pregnancy – I think the fetus is just too vulnerable and fragile to take that kind of risk.

My baby was born with a birth defect and I think it’s because of this vaccine. I was too far along for a miscarriage. aplasia cutis congenita

I was nearly 17 weeks pregnant when I got the swine flu & flu vaccine. Two weeks later I had a scan & my baby had died. Baby Angel was born on the 24th April 2010. Both my doctor and the hospital said that the vaccine would have not been the reason for the death of my baby. It’s taken a while for me to get my head around what had happened. Then i looked on the Internet about miscarriage & swine flu and there are so many stories just like mine. I will never know if this was the reason my baby died. But if I could turn back time I know I my decision would be not to have the vaccine.

I was 20 weeks pregnant when my doctor told me he wanted me to get the shot. I flat out told him “Not just no but H*** no! Not going to happen with me.” I gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby boy Feb 18, 2010. I had a miscarriage 6 months before getting pregnant with my son and I did not want it to happen again. My reasoning was that all the other vaccines had been tested and retested many times before being sent out and the H1N1 had not. I was not willing to risk loosing another child. My husband was completely on board with me, he didn’t even try to change my mind about it and I am very grateful for his support.

I feel so sorry for the parents who have lost their children. I agree with Lorri (the midwife) who clearly has seen an awful lot of parents go through this trauma. Something clearly is amiss

I lost my stillborn son Jeremiah Byron Alexis at 20 weeks on August 15th 2010. I was very healthy and so was my baby. My baby was still trying to breathe for 2 and 1/2 hours after birth. I even heard him cry. My water broke without any pain nor discomfort. I took the H1N1 vaccine as well. I took my pre-natal vitamins and I did everything to have a healthy pregnacy. I had no morning sickness and everything was going smoothly. There was no infections, my placenta was okay. The doctor concluded that it was due to incompetent cervix. I know of many women who miscarried this year and I have a feeling that it is due to the H1N1 vaccine. I had asked my doctor what were the risk involved and he told me NONE. I did not want to take it, but I took it because I wanted to have a safe pregnancy. I miss my Jeremiah so much… he was so active during the pregnancy and he wanted to live. They took my baby from me. I can’t stop crying…

I am a midwife, and am seeing very odd placental anomalies now from mothers whose H1N1 vaccinations were taken last fall during first trimester. Other events include return of serious persistent nausea in third trimester, erratic pre-eclampsia symptoms in healthy well-nourished mothers, excess cramping and threatened pre-term labor, retained placentas, lingering lochia after the birth, unexplainable acute anemia, and one healthy active young mother developed severe DVT one month after birth. My non-vaccinated mothers have not shown any of these symptoms, but all of the mothers who received the H1N1 shot have had some or all of these. With eugenicists like Bill Gates pushing mass involuntary sterilization using vaccinations, all of us need to be asking: Whose brilliant idea was this, giving an untested vaccine to our pregnant mothers, and why has the medical establishment gone along with this scheme without question?

Time to get very, very cynical folks. It is your best self-defense.

This was not unexpected, the very moment the suggeation was made that pregnant women should get this vaccine, alarm bells should have gone off from coast to coast. Miscarriages, and birth defects are now begining toshow up. At the same time there were no safety tests, for this vaccine, but BIG PHARMA made sure they would be bullet proof in court.

I would also like to add that my body did nothing when the baby died. No bleeding, no cramping nothing. And when they tested the baby to see if they could determine the cause of miscarriage ie placenta not attached or narrow umbilical cord etc. There was no evidence of anything being abnormal. Everything was fine, the baby had simply died with no signs towards explaining the cause.

My first pregnancy had no complications whatsoever. We were pregnant again when she was 12 months old. Everyhing seemed to be going great bloodwork was perfect even the ultrasound picked up the little heart beat. All the fuss was for the swine flu vaccine and after hours of discussion with my husband we factered the pros and cons and decided to get the shot. At that time we did not know what we know now about the vaccine. A couple days after I received the vaccine I had blood work done. I received a phone call telling me that my thyroid had gone to being underactive. I had to start taking medications so that my underactive thyroid would even out and be unharmful to my baby. It was too late, I received that vaccine at 6w2d and the baby died at 6w7d.
The effects from the swine flu vaccine are autoimmune, meaning a part of your own body is attacking itself and jus not working the way it should. Under or over active thyroid is an autoimmune diagnosis. I had no thyroid problems until right after the swine flu vaccine. I will never know for sure, but that seems like quite the coincidence. I would be due in 5 weeks, all I wonder is if I hadn’t chosen to get that shot, would my pregnancy have stayed on it’s healthy course?
